Sales Manager
LLM.co is hiring a Sales Manager to lead enterprise sales of secure, private large language model (LLM) solutions. This role focuses on driving outbound pipeline, closing mid- to high-ticket deals, and building relationships with clients in legal, healthcare, finance, and government sectors.
LLM.co is seeking a driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead outbound efforts, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals with enterprise clients exploring secure AI integrations. This role is perfect for someone who understands complex software sales, thrives in consultative environments, and is excited by the rapid evolution of AI in the enterprise space.
You’ll work alongside leadership, engineering, and marketing teams to translate technical offerings into business outcomes, build long-term client relationships, and drive revenue growth for a cutting-edge AI company.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to qualification, proposal, negotiation, and close
- Develop a deep understanding of LLM.co’s offerings and how they solve pain points in regulated industries
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and data-driven targeting
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and generate qualified leads
- Deliver tailored demos and proposals to legal, compliance, and technical decision-makers
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting metrics for leadership
- Work closely with product and engineering to relay customer feedback and inform roadmap priorities
- Attend industry events and client meetings (virtual and in-person) to build relationships and generate opportunities
- Identify and develop channel partnerships, integrations, and referral networks
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B software or enterprise SaaS sales, ideally with exposure to AI, cybersecurity, legaltech, or data infrastructure
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in mid- to high-ticket sales cycles
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience selling to technical and executive stakeholders (CTOs, CIOs, legal/compliance teams)
- Comfort with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools
- A self-starter mindset with a bias toward action and ownership
- Ability to translate complex technical offerings into business value
- Bonus: Experience in selling AI, ML, LLM, or API-driven products
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in startups or high-growth environments
- Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, AI compliance/regulation, or RAG systems
- Network in legal, healthcare, or financial services markets
- Consultative selling approach with an ability to educate and guide buyers through complex decisions
